FAQs

The most frequently asked questions.

Use the contact form if the following fails to address your specific questions.

Do you offer free picks or free trials to new clients?

No we do not. The majority of our customers are referral-based and are professional bettors. As much as we would like to offer free samples, our focus and attention is in providing top betting information to clients. Offering free picks to novice or recreational players is an administratively intense exercise which would be a disservice to our clients and our bottom-line.

When do you send your picks out?

U.S. sports picks are sent twice daily to clients between 11-12pm and 4pm EST.

European soccer picks are sent twice daily by 8am and 11pm EST

Where are your published results?

Our results are kept and maintained for in-house bets and for each client. We do not publish track records on the website for commercial and proprietary reasons. We do not release picks as soon as the event goes live because of in-game wagering. Furthermore, any prospective clients should be aware of reliance on published track records on websites and other services claiming to be documented as those are subject to misrepresentations and website operator manipulation.

Why are you not on YouTube, Twitter, IG, or other social media platforms?

It is a function of time and our commitment to client privacy. While there is nothing inherently wrong with those platforms, this is a professional betting service. All services on social media are for entertainment purposes and attract recreational bettors.

After I purchase my pick packages, what is next?

You will receive an email from us asking which sports you wish to activate. If your order is received before one of the scheduled publishing times, you will receive information for that day. If a game has already started, it will not count against your pick total.

How are your pick rates in the email?

All service picks are of the highest-quality and are weighted equally at 1 Unit.  We do not offer advice on bankroll/risk management. We bet all picks the same.
